SUNDAY SCHOOL NEWS
Road Trip! Thanks to Jillian, Karen and Deb our Sunday School students are going on a field trip in
February. The Batavia Fine Arts Center is hosting the Christian Youth Theatre presentation of Joseph
and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. The trip will be on Sunday, Feb. 26. We will leave the
church at 12:15. We should be returning around 4:00.
Our Junior High class is nearing the end of their study on the series, Walk the Talk with Ms. Nixon.
We are currently discussing what and how we want to spend the second half of the Sunday School
year on her teaching days.
Mr. Rankin has finished his lessons on the 10 commandments. He and the students have discussed
the story of creation.
Our Primary class is will be learning about Moses and Aaron, the 10 commandments, Jericho, Gideon,
Sampson,Ruth and Naomi, Samuel, King Solomon, David and Goliath, Elijah and Elisha, and Jonah and
the Whale. They will also discuss the Easter story.
These children and teachers are such a blessing to this church. Thank you all for supporting this

Holy Communion is celebrated the 2nd Sunday of each month. We have an acolyte program in which the children serve approximately once a month. |
| Children's Christian Education Sunday Opportunities |
- Classes are on Sundays from 10:15 - 11:00 and include music
time. You may drop your child off as early as 10:00am.
